Sr Associate Manufacturing - Training Support
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be part of the Manufacturing Training team. You will report into a team that is driving enhancement of the MFG onboarding program and training strategies through blended learning strategies.
In support of the Agile Workforce goals, this position will directly contribute to progressing the next gen training content and strategy. Additionally, the position will lead MFG foundation skill program and support daily training support in both AR5 and AR30.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide subject matter expertise and problem solving for area of responsibility
Trouble shooting and problem-solving support to manufacturing
Implement and maintain next gen training blended strategy and content by partnering with direct MFG
Provide training improvements across both plants
Support training readiness for NPI and PRI implementations in MFG
Identifying and autonomously implementing continuous improvement opportunities
Owning and authoring SOPs
Provide back-up support to major investigations as owner and support tasks including but not limited to SOP revisions, deviations, CAPA, and EVs.
Providing data to support management evaluation of performance trends

Basic Qualifications:
High School/GED and 4 years of manufacturing or operations work experience OR
Associate’s Degree and 2 years of manufacturing or operations work experience OR
Bachelor’s Degree and 6 months of manufacturing or operations work experience OR
Master’s Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands on experience facilitating problem solving in a biotechnology environment
Familiarity with training development and facilitation
Project management skills with ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and sense of urgency
Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain strong relationships
Experience with video editing or filming

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
