Senior Marketing Associate, Cardiovascular

What you will do

In this vital role you will be responsible for planning and implementing critical DTC & HCP tactics and initiatives to support the commercial success of Repatha. As such, the Sr. Associate Marketing needs to have a working knowledge of the healthcare industry, marketing trends, DTC/HCP media, and digital tools and technology.

To deliver impact, the Sr. Associate Marketing will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including both internal and external stakeholders) to support the development and deployment of customer engagement plans aligned with brand objectives. They will also be responsible for overseeing creative asset/content development and facilitating internal legal, regulatory, and medical review and approval of these materials.

Support overarching DTC & HCP strategy and pull-through to ensure that brand/business objectives are met

Lead creative development and deployment for owned and paid media assets:

  • Support team with briefing
  • Manage creative execution and MAC processes
  • Coordinate timely handovers to internal and external partners (e.g., Marketing Ops, media, etc.)

Maintain key performance metrics across specific marketing initiatives:

  • Ensure monthly updates to track progress and effectiveness
  • Summarize actionable insights and key takeaways to inform strategic adjustments and enhance campaign impact

Team Project Management:

  • Maintain team-wide project tracking and associated business processes
  • Support team management with quarterly prioritization planning

Lead third-party and internal vendor communications:

  • Manage correspondence
  • Record detailed notes and communicate/follow up on action items
  • Ensure timely delivery of contracted services to meet strategic objectives

Maintain message platform:

  • Create process to organize all approved brand messages
  • Ensure consistent usage across all in-market assets by cross-functional partners

Support and foster a strong, inclusive, and supportive team culture

Domestic travel up to 20%

Basic Qualifications:

Master’s degree

OR

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience

OR

Associate’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong marketing competence with a solid grasp of marketing strategy
  • Exhibits passion and empathy to build meaningful experiences with patients and HCPs by understanding their needs and desires
  • Experience working with media and advertising agencies to develop and produce engaging digital creative
  • Strong bias for proactive action and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to exercise strong judgment and live up to the highest ethical standards.
  • Excellent, professional communication skills and self-awareness
  • Ability to build productive partnerships and collaborate professionally in a matrix organization
  • Experience marketing directly to customers, with a preference for pharmaceutical or regulated consumer goods or services
  • Strong desire to learn and continually seek opportunities to develop professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools like PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
