A Marketing Manager is responsible for managing various marketing projects and campaigns to promote the company's products. They plan, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies to reach potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. Their work can include market research, marketing communications, digital marketing, and more.
Accountabilities
Reports To Business Unit Oncology/Hematology Baltics
•Ensure strong volume growth for our products
•Holistic view on patient-care pathway and proactive engagement of key stakeholder (e.g. patient advocacy groups, lead clinicians etc.) to develop solutions that maximize patient access
•Tobe a part ofthe external environment shaping activities in Lithuania
•Actively shape the strategy for key brands to effectively meet external needs
•Develop communication and marketing strategy incl. digital marketing assets and engage with key customers
•Ensure successful cross-functional collaboration and alignment
Responsibilities
•Identify & execute on business opportunities for our products in cardiology and oncology/hematology
•Build relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. lead clinicians, patient advocacy groups, health care associations)
•Collect market insights, prepare, implement and monitor an action plan for key projects
•Follow-up of stakeholder analysis ensuring developing understanding of customer needs
•Development of the marketing/commercial strategy, including digital communication strategy and assets
•Map patient-care pathway and identify key leverage points to optimize care/patient access
•Follow-up of productivity and impact of patient-care pathway solutions
•Map decision processes and identify key decision makers
•Execution of planned activities in matrix organization
Authority
•The definition of Stake holders and identification of gaps in Patient Care Pathway
•Development of plans & projects and implementation once approved
•Preparation and Implementation of marketing tools & expense budget
•Project / activities implementation aligned with country and BU strategy
Outputs
•Action plans per Stakeholder & Projects aligned with BU strategy
•High quality internal and external customer relationships
•High quality and impact marketing assets
•Meet sales targets for Amgen brands in Lithuania
•Periodic activity reports in covered area (net sales analysis, projects initiated & executed, calls, customers satisfaction)
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
4 year University Degree
At least 2 years of experience in industry or similar
Experience in (digital) marketing and brand management
Experience in project management
Demonstrated track record of introduction of new innovativeproducts
Experience in negotiation, excellent communication skills
Thorough knowledge of the majority of decision makers in area
Proficient in doing scientific/promotional presentations & marketing materials
Demonstrated track record of working with objectives and achieving them
History of working in complex and cross-functional teams
History of working in innovative and/or multinational companies
Able to read scientific articles and to do oral presentations in English
Preferred Requirements
•University Degree in a Life Sciences/Health discipline (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology)
•Post-graduate degree or Courses on Negotiation Techniques, Communication Techniques, …
•Experience as Key Account Manager and/or Sales Representative
•Fluency in Lithuanian & English, both in oral and written communication
•Pharmacist practice license
