What you will do

Sr. Business Coordinator Baltic supports (in some instances will lead) execution of cross-functional business activities across commercial, medical, market access, finance, compliance, and administrative functions in the Baltic region. This role ensures the timely and effective delivery of key initiatives and overseas operational and tactical processes.

Based in Vilnius, this role serves as the operational backbone of the affiliate, acting as a single point of contact for functional regional and global teams, managing complex workflows, and consistently delivering in a dynamic, regulated environment. Importantly, it connects different teams, functions, countries, and people.

You will be joining our highly performing and engaged Baltic team, working across the Amgen portfolio in oncology, hematology, cardiovascular, osteoporosis, and inflammatory therapy areas.

Together with colleagues from the Baltics and in collaboration with colleagues from Finland, you will execute implementation of assigned key internal business operation initiatives and act as an operational driver across commercial, medical, market access and health care compliance activities.

You will support translating Amgen Baltic operational priorities into executable plans, ensuring precision, timeliness, and alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners.

You bring a curious, patient-, and customer-focused mindset and meet the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational or project execution roles; pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is an advantage but not essential;

- Willingness to grow and learn;

- Fluency in English and in one of the Baltic languages (preferably Lithuanian);

- Good understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations in the Baltics;

- Strong communication skills, proactiveness, and curiosity;
