The IBU ADR is a key role mandated to establish and grow the Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Gastroenterology institutional account base with the Amgen IBU portfolio. • Navigating among different operating models (analytical, strategic, creative, and systemic) to “connect the dots” among multiple variables in the healthcare ecosystem, to generate insights, anticipate business opportunities and risks and quickly formulate strategies to take action.
  • Engage, mobilize, and energize others – without direct authority – to work collaboratively on mutually beneficial solutions, orchestrating outcomes across functions, brands & customers
  • Build relationships across multiple partners and senior decision-makers, both inside and outside of Amgen, and sustaining extensive and rich networks to advance profitable business partnerships and deep customer relationships.
  • The strategic ability to plan and organize with a cross-functional mindset, while continuously adjusting plans to reflect changing circumstances using data analytics to anticipate business opportunities and risks.
