Clinical App & Analytical Services Manager
What you will do and what we expect of you

In this vital role you will: Develop and apply mathematical and statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize data; Partner with cross-functional team members, by guiding discussions on optimized methods for data collection, standardization, governance, and reporting in order to develop innovative, analytical solutions; Direct management and oversight of vendor services, ensuring quality and timeliness of vendor product delivery; Provide insights, business intelligence, and management analytics for effective decision making in alignment with Global Networks and Continuous Improvement strategies; Demonstrate Business Process Owner (BPO) contacts to champion reporting needs; Support study team activities, operating review meetings, and management requests through the delivery of information to support performance progress; Perform quality oversight including quality gate controls validating deployment releases; and Plan, track, and ensure execution of products and services via Functions Service Providers (FSPs). May telecommute.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Quantitative Sciences, or related field and 2 years of experience involving the following: Reviewing and understanding sources of data by working closely with business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), data engineers, IT (Information Technology) and collaborators; Extracting, transforming, processing, cleaning, and joining or splitting various sources of data based on the requirements using programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL or SAS; Data analysis and presenting to discover and share business insights using data, business understanding, and healthcare-specific knowledge; Data visualization and commonly used Business Intelligence platforms, such as Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, or Cognos; Open Source Visualization tools and libraries such as Plotly, Dash, R/Shiny, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Bokeh; Statistical or machine learning (ML) models and developing end to-end machine learning (ML) models to solve business problems and deliver insights; and Working with data engineers, machine learning (ML) engineers, or software engineers to create pipelines for analytics or ML model production, deployment, and management.

Rate of Pay: The annual salary range for this position in the U.S. is $128,470.00 – $146,949.00 per year. Also, this position offers stock, retirement, medical, life and disability insurance and eligibility for an annual bonus or for sales roles, other incentive compensation. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
