Principal IS Bus Sys Analyst 

What you will do and what we expect of you

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:  

Duties: Serve as a client facing partner and / or technical product owner working with business and DTI team members to implement and support Generative AI and Structured Content Management/Authoring initiatives; Process and systems analysis, requirements elicitation, articulating system solutions and approaches for addressing business needs; Collaborate closely with business partners to evaluate and adopt innovative AI and ML technologies to address business needs; Contribute to shaping the vision and roadmap for the GRAAS software ecosystem; Developments in AI/ML and their applications in pharmaceutical industry; Adhere to DTI standards including Agile scrum teams, release trains, and following GxP Quality and SDLC processes; Identify business problems or management objectives that can be addressed through data analysis; Read scientific articles, conference papers, or other sources of research to identify emerging analytic trends and technologies; Recommend data-driven solutions to key stakeholders; and Test, validate, and reformulate models to ensure accurate prediction of outcomes of interest. May telecommute. Position requires 5% of travel to various unanticipated worksites nationally and internationally. 

Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics and Information Systems, Engineering or related field and 6 years of experience in the following: 

Large Language Models (LLMs), including developing conversational AI systems such as chatbots using technologies including NLP, LLM & AI to enhance process efficiency and user engagement;  AWS services including EC2 and S3;  Python and SQL for performing advanced data analysis;  Conducting process and systems analysis, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating business needs into technical specifications to drive the successful implementation of AI and ML projects;  Articulating and presenting system solutions and approaches to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating the adoption of AI and ML technologies to address critical business challenges;  Working with Agile Scrum methodologies, participating in release trains, and adhering to validated quality processes and SDLC standards; and  Exploring emerging AI/ML trends, evaluating technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), and recommending innovative solutions to solve complex business challenges.

Job type: Full Time position. The annual salary range for this position in the U.S. is $144,272.00 - $171,506.00 per year. Also, this position offers stock, retirement, medical, life and disability insurance and eligibility for an annual bonus or for sales roles, other incentive compensation. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
