Marketing Manager

What you will do

Main Responsibilities:

• Support to develop marketing strategies, as well as drive the development of integrated brand / execution plan.
• Implement efficient marketing strategies and translate brand plan and strategy into programs and action plans.
• Develop promotional campaigns, messages, programs and sales tools and ensure flawless execution to meet the KPI and target.
• KOL engagement – interaction with national KOLs in a professional and collaborative manner. Responsible for KOL mindset and concept improvement, develop national-wide brand advocators and speakers.
• Effectively capture market insights and utilize key industry information and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage in marketplace.
• Medical associations and other academic third-party engagement and collaboration
• Collaborate with sales force and regional product manager (RPM) teams to ensure consistent understanding and execution of brand strategy and marketing programs, as well as to collect and understand feedback from field force and transfer to future improvement opportunities of marketing strategy and programs
• Coordinate with Medical, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Planning, Finance and other cross-functional partners.
• Comply with all relevant company compliance, policies, procedures and work practices.
• Support other activities as required by the line manager.

What we expect of you

Qualifications

·bachelor's degree or above (essential)

·>=5yrs working experiences, with >=3yrs experiences in Central Marketing role of MNC pharmaceutical companies and primary care area (essential), preferably in CV area

·Fluent English in verbal and written (essential)

·Great interpersonal skills, communication skills, and project management skills

·Passionate for career development and make contribution to healthcare industry
