Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. During this program you will support the team in the following areas:
MED INFO:
- Intake, processing, and responding to external and internal Medical information inquiries mostly EA process
- Support the oversight of inquiry data managed by Contact Center into Medical Information eSystem;
- Support internal stakeholders and Contact Center in searching literature related to specific products;
- Timely triaging of Adverse Event to the appropriate departments.
Non-Promotional & Promotional Materials:
- Review SciCom materials and tools, such as slide decks for internal and external usage based on plans and country needs;
- Support medical advisor in the creation of local educational slide decks
- Provide support to Commercial in reviewing promotional material as per SOP
- Supports dissemination of relevant scientific information/literature internally
General & others:
- Maintain effective working relationship and alignment with internal stakeholders;
- Maintain and expand knowledge and expertise in multiple products and relevant medical-scientific areas;
- Support Scientific Communications Manager in other activities that may occur
- Support planning and delivery of digital channel Medical activities in assigned area

- University degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy
- Good problem-solving skills, proactivity and attitude to team work
- Attention to details and analytics skills
- Working by priority
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Strong computer-skills including database searches
- Passionate about Biotechnology
