What will you do
In this role you will use your financial process knowledge, eye for business and project management skills to support change, transform processes and deliver controls and productivity improvements for Finance teams across the ELMAC region (Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa, and Canada).
The responsibilities of the role will include
- Leading existing portfolio of Automations (BOTs, Macros, etc.). Delivering training to various partners and working with technical teams to ensure continuity of operations.
- Handling projects to ensure deliverables are met on time. Collaborate with multiple clients to gather requirements that are complete and fit for purpose.
- Acting as link between affiliate teams and regional/corporate teams, as a regional change agent on global projects, making sure information is cascaded appropriately to affiliate teams.
- Performing ad-hoc financial/data analysis to support projects and initiatives.
- Working with regional Finance functions (Accounts Payable, Treasury, Accounting, Capability Center etc.) to simplify and standardize processes across countries.
- Performing interim assignments in local/regional Finance roles to gain experience with different aspects of Finance.

What we expect from you
Minimum requirements
- University Degree in Finance/Accounting
- At least three years of relevant experience in a multinational environment
- Demonstrated capability to learn quickly while being open and flexible to changes
- Ability to work with multiple partners across geographies; strong communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently, but also a good teammate who can create relationships and build trust.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills: Knowledge of VBA is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred requirements
- Strong Project Management skills
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Experience with process automation using RPA, Alteryx, etc.
- Experience with Financial Systems (SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan)
