What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. As the HEOR/HTA Project Manager, you will develop and manage high-quality project plans for the HEOR Product Teams. You will apply best practices in all project phases: development, initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing. Additionally, you will maintain key documents and processes related to the EU HTA regulation and JCA/JSC processes.

Responsibilities:


Project management activities to support HEOR Product Teams:

  • Work closely with Amgen HEOR team and other functions as well as regions & affiliates to develop and manage high quality, integrated, cross-functional timelines/plans for the development of the HEOR global deliverables.

  • Drive alignment of deliverables with overall product plan, including partnering with vendors, ensure active risk management as it relates to timelines, communications and capacity planning.

  • Prepare reporting tools that document ongoing progress and activity (status slides/dashboards)

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project management related activities for HEOR global deliverables

  • Provide project information to HEOR Product Lead / TA Head for incorporation into portfolio-level strategy, plans, deliverables

  • Guide each process to ensure that each HEOR deliverable is prepared in compliance with Amgen SOPs.

  • Document key issues, decisions, actions of team meetings that impact delivery of HEOR global materials.

  • Escalate cross-functional project issues to HEOR leadership, relevant functional leader or regional lead as appropriate.

  • Implement decisions from GVA team meetings, governance reviews and roundtable discussions.

  • Coordinate activities with external business partners where applicable

  • Lead ad-hoc project meetings, document takeaways and archive materials

HTA-related activities:

  • Keep track of the changes of the EU HTA regulation, the JCA/JSC processes and assess impact on Amgen internal processes.

  • Maintain and update the EU JCA Navigator and the related internal Amgen processes

  • Train ne HEOR/IAS team members on the JCA/JSC process steps and x-functional preparation.

  • Provide ad-hoc training to other functions involved in the JCA& JSC processes.

  • Communicate changes with the EU affiliates.

What we expect of you


We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The dynamic professional we seek is an individual with these qualifications:

  • University Degree

  • At least 3 years proven experience in project management within Global Value & Access / HEOR

  • Experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Healthcare-related field

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams

  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, practices and infrastructure, as related to the Biopharmaceutical Industry

  • Experience with the EU HTA regulation and other national HTA systems and processes

  • English proficiency and skilled in both written and verbal communication
