What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. You will play a pivotal role as a strategic partner to Commercial leadership, offering data-backed insights crucial for driving commercial success. You will be responsible for forecasting, producing budgeting and planning reports, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business drivers to create, prepare, and maintain patient and demand-based forecasts and scenarios.
- Contribute to regular forecast cycles including multiple cycles of annual long-range forecast, and short-term forecast.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to build robust assumptions, scenarios, and forecast inputs.
- Present and defend forecast approach, methodology, assumptions, and outputs in team discussions.
- Collect feedback and prepare communication plans to share outputs.
- Take ownership of complex calculations by understanding key inputs.
- Contribute to ACCP improvements and support wider business units as needed (Finance/FP&A/Business Enablement).

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. What we seek in you as an experienced professional, are these qualifications and skills:
- University Degree in commerce, finance, economics, mathematics, healthcare or related field.
- 3+ years working in a finance/data related field ideally in Data and Analytics, plus forecasting and modelling experience.
- Fluency in English and strong Excel knowledge.
- Collaborative, customer-focused problem solver, results-oriented, time and process management skills and compiling data ability.
- Working knowledge of IS systems (including capability of other MS Office applications, SQL, Hyperion Pillar, Tableau, Anaplan) is considered a plus.
- Service-minded attitude and experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is ideal but not required.
