WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Quality Compliance Associate is a global role and part of the continuous improvement team for the R&D Quality Organization. The Quality Compliance Associate will support the various processes and efforts related to continuous improvement and change management, focusing on the quality management system.
He/she will be a vital part of Amgen’s Quality Management System by supporting continuous improvements across R&D through the application of standard processes (Lean, DMAIC, Six Sigma).
Responsibilities:
This role will work both independently and in a team environment. His/her primary responsibility is to support continuous improvement initiatives for R&D quality, but you will also be responsible for any other operational activities assigned.
Collaborate and partner with internal R&D team members to support new initiatives aimed at continuous improvement
Support strategies aimed at managing changes in R&D processes
Manage and organize data through different systems, tools, or platforms, including Excel and Smartsheet
Support the management of directed projects based on data obtained from the Management Review or ad hoc individual quality events that have a high impact on the organization
Follow step-by-step instructions and perform repetitive tasks accurately
