What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will support the Hyderabad site enablement setup and communications around it. The task is to ensure an exceptional employee experience and enable a sustainable AIN setup. You should be able to work across matrixed and cross functional teams to get results and maintain the project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and a consistent record of leading change. The Change Management Manager will report to the Change Management Senior Manager.
Implementation of change management strategy and approach in alignment with the assigned Programme, function and organizational goals.
Design and implement initiatives to support employees during transition, working closely with leadership and support functions
Collaborate and work across function boundaries, focused on creating trusting relationships, demonstrating active listening skills, customer-service attitude
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in managing various stakeholder groups from multi-geography teams to vendors
Strong problem solving / analytical skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate alignment of change plans, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Drive employee engagement through change champions, feedback mechanisms, support resources, and recognition programs.
Create and socialize communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of ongoing and upcoming changes and the impacts thereof.
Create and deliver accurate and engaging communications materials to fulfil the communications plan across available channels (Townhalls, email, briefing packs, media, etc.).
Ensure alignment of change management efforts with overall project goals and timelines.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management initiatives, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
Qualification
- Degree in business administration, Information Technology, Pharmaceutical or a related field.
- Proven experience in change management, project management, people transition preferably for establishing a new site.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change initiatives, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and adoption.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree / MBA and 5 to 8 years of change and communications management experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 8 to 10 years of communications management experience

Must Have Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management or communication management.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles like stakeholder management, change impact
- Expertise in change management tools and templates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
Good to Have Skills
- Prior experience in managing U.S. to India corporate knowledge and function transfer.
- Experience in multi-site project models and client communication skills.
- Prosci, APMG or other change management certifications.
