The DTI-CCE Technical Analyst will be responsible for managing various DTI projects and ensuring compliance with mobile device management across multiple sites in Ireland. This role requires collaboration with different departments and vendors to achieve project goals and maintain efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobility:

  • Oversee the yearly iPhone/iPad refresh project.
  • Ensure mobile device management compliance at all Ireland sites
  • Administration of Mobile inventory for All locations in Ireland incl. Field and remote workers.
  • Actively review and manage active lines and devices assigned to inactive users.
  • Ensure to dispose of old devices and update local seedstocks.
  • Approve or decline requests for new lines for All Amgen Ireland locations

Mobile carrier:

  • Review and manage the Amgen Ireland Vodafone account.
  • Ensure users are allocated to the correct Amgen entity from a billing perspective.
  • Negotiate backdated credits and lower monthly costs through various exercises.

Amgen ADL Site Activities:

  • Provide EVIP and AV event support.
  • Act as Client Facing DTI CCE specialist to help staff adopt new tools & services.

New Hire Onboarding:

  • Ensure successful onboarding of new hires and provide training sessions.

Printers:

  • Decommission printers where no longer required. POC for Amgen printers, expansion projects and refresh cycle.

Inventory management:

  • Prepare for technical collection ESG Disposal and review existing inventory.
  • Procurement of peripherals & Apple products to ensure stock thresholds are met.

General:

  • Collaborate with Amgen DTI Service owners (GIS Infrastructure, CCE Customer Care and Experience, CDT Security).
  • Participate in various weekly meetings to share insights and progress.
  • Serve as a Chief Security Sentinel POC.
  • POC for escalations in Ireland under scope of CCE.
  • Partnering with business partners in other departments to ensure business continuity and support all CCE service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in mobile device management, working with IS End user Technology and project management.
  • Ability to work with O365 collaboration tools including Teams and Copilot. Ability to be an ambassador to help and support staff members to adopt these technologies.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with vendor management and new hire onboarding.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, compliance, and audits
