What you will do
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration. Leads IFT/Brand Team, Cycle and Launch meetings.
- Develops and implements Country Brand Plan or Launch Readiness Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan.
- Designs and executes promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages.
- Full ownership of budget/operational expenses and direct contact with the Finance Partner to follow up, analyze deviations and ensure execution according to brand priorities.
- Proposes sales target and achieves agreement with Business Unit Leader and develops long range scenarios.
- Ensures HQ execution of Business Reviews, Strategic Brand Plans and Launch Readiness Reviews (if applies)
- Partners with PMs of other affiliates and point of contact with Global Commercial Execution Lead.
- Coordinates competitive intelligence, analyses market research and drives competitive action plans.
- Partners with the Medical Advisor, Access Manager and key XF areas leads to optimize brand performance
- Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases.

- DOE sign-off in Brand Team at signature level

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree OR
- Master’s degree and 2 years of of directly related experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of directly related experience OR
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of directly related experience OR
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of directly related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- +3 years of experience in rare diseases unit on a big pharmaceutical company
- Bachelor’s degree / Master´s degree
- Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.
