Administrative Coordinator Oncology Fixed Term (1-Year) 

Ensures timely coordination of department members’ administrative needs:

What you will do

Key responsabilities:

  • Manage all aspects of logistical planning and coordination of large off-site sales events and meetings.

  • Coordinates multiple, concurring and complex local and international travel for department meeting

  • Organize and expedite workflow through department so as to comply with deadlines and priorities

  • Take a proactive approach to identifying breakdowns in service, information flow and process; resolves issues appropriately

  • Manage the administrative aspects of relationships with outside vendors, speakers and candidates

  • Organizes meeting rooms, including logistics, catering and equipment needs for meetings

  • Prepares and processes forms, documents and correspondence; anticipates, revises and sends correspondence

  • Ensures department roster, org charts, distribution lists, etc are kept up to date

  • organize work to ensure an effective control of forms including compliance- related documentation, and control confidentiality of files, as necessary

Basic Qualifications:

Associate’s degree and 2 years of directly related experience

Or

2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience

Or

High school diploma / GED & 4 years of directly related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multinational pharma companies in similar roles

  • Knowledge of pharma compliance policies

  • Ability to work independently and multi-tasking

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
