Responsibilities
As a member of the Finance & SME team:
- Develops market analyses in support of the product strategy.
- Based on commercial and financial teams’ input, develops an appropriate forecasting model and ensures proper sales recognition, prepares with the other team members the proposed Budget / LE for the BG affiliate, as well as the consolidated picture for the affiliate. Anaplan: Keeps a close connection with demand management teams and signals any demand deviations from the Budget.
- Evaluates, tracks and updates opportunities and risks included in the Budget presentation thought out the entire financial year
- Supports BG Distribution process necessary to ensure proper sales recognition, as well as monthly allocations for the Wholesalers
- Act as a single point of contact from Finance with the BG Wholesalers
- Supports the Pricing process for the Actual (Commercial policy), Budget, LRS & LE’s – ensuring proper coordination between Market Access team, Legal team and Supply chain manager, Quality manager.
- Prepares and manages entire SIP process from the SOP update, target setting and tracking of actuals v targets, including the SIP payment calculation for ROBG.
- Uses the quantitative competitive data from IMS, NHIH and PI data from regional team, etc.
- Acts a Subject Expert Matter for ROBG for all SFE processes in relation to Veeva and coordinates the quarterly KPIs Reviews for Field Force, Marketing & Medical activities
- Displays proactive involvement in best practices and shared approaches processes across audiences, affiliates and products (MS Teams, Tableau reporting) .
- Uses the local BU business planning models (forecasting –Diagnostics,Hyperion – Sales module, Anaplan – Stocks & OPEX modules)
- Supports the Medical, Onco-Hema & Gen Med BUs with forecasting and tracking the Direct Operation Expenses plans, as well as GAV, Exec, Finance, Regulatory with forecasting and tracking the Indirect Operational Expenses.
- Supports ROBG GAV & Commercial teams with Brand PLs in LINK (if required)
- Supports and drives through to implementation Business projects that require financial & accounting treatments
- Delivers regular, as well as ad-hoc reports, analysis and support to the Business teams
- Acts as the Finance BG representative to the Management team of BG
- Supports FM with any tasks or projects within the responsibility area of the role.

Minimum Requirements
- Academic/HBO level
- One-two years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication.
Preferred Requirements
- Strong Excel knowledge.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
