What you will do

In this vital role you will this critical role will be responsible for strategic support to critical back-office commercial processes such as on-off invoice discounts implementation commercial agreements, tenders and contracts accuracy, cash application and sales planning. The Commercial Operations Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and guarantee the correct sales back-offices working process.

Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree OR
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field and 2 years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors OR
- Associate’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field and 6 years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors OR
- High school diploma / GED in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field and 8 years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent English.
- Strategic problem solver with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Business sense with an understanding of business needs.
- Collaborative teammate with a passion for innovation and making an impact on healthcare.
- Strong understanding of commercial operations back-office process, such as on-off invoice discounts deliver, commercial agreements, tenders and contracts accuracy, cash application and sales planning.
- Sophisticated analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders across levels and departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market.
