Taking a Week Off

It’s one thing for a team member to take a week off on their own. How about an entire office—or country? That’s exactly what we do, each summer and winter, in our United States offices. Our bi-annual company shutdowns take place in July and December, offering a paid, non-PTO week off to our team members.

That’s one full week to spend time with friends and family, travel, and pursue passions outside of work. It's a work perk you won't find in many—if any—other employers, and we're quite proud of the flexibility it offers our team members. Plus, it doesn't take away from any PTO time already accrued for the year.
