Portfolio Strategy Operations Manager
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will play a crucial role in overseeing and leading the strategic and operational initiatives related to the UPLIZNA portfolio. This position ensures the seamless operational and logistical support of medical marketing initiatives across all indications. The manager collaborates with various departments to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of performance strategies, contributing significantly to the brands overall performance.
- Manage Congresses with Medical Marketing: Oversee the logistics and execution of congresses in collaboration with the medical marketing team while helping manage the overall budget.
- Support Speaker Contracts: Manage and support the contracting process for speakers.
- Speaker Program Measurement and Analysis: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of speaker programs.
- Support Portfolio Strategies and Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of portfolio strategies and initiatives.
- Support Development of Portfolio Account Reviews: Assist in the creation and maintenance of portfolio account reviews.
- Brand Initiatives Tracking: Track brand initiatives, including alerts, IVA, and brand plan metrics.
- Process Improvement & Project Management: Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation. Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams such as cross-brand and cross-indication marketing teams, finance, regulatory, compliance, as well as external vendors.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
OR
Master’s degree and 2 operations, analytics, and/or marketing experience years of operations, analytics, and/or marketing experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of operations, analytics, and/or marketing experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 8 years of operations, analytics, and/or marketing experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of operations, analytics, and/or marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Managed operations of national and regional conferences
- Managed HCP contracts and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity.
- Proven ability to identify/define business questions and issues and develop strategic, analytical and financial frameworks to conduct analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Proven ability to lead multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working across functional areas (ex. Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Operations, etc.) and at varying levels of the organization.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills: Essential for leading multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Analytical skills: Necessary for tracking and analyzing data, and for identifying areas for improvement.
- Communication skills: To effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with partners.
- Project management skills: For leading projects from start to finish and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of marketing technology: Including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other tools.
- Understanding of medical marketing and regulatory requirements:Essential for working in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: To effectively manage projects and responsibilities.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
