Manager, Value & Access Analytics - GTN Forensics
Live
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. The Manager, GTN Forensics, will support the development and delivery of cross-portfolio analytics that improve visibility into Gross-to-Net (GTN) performance and help identify potential anomalies, leakage, and process-improvement opportunities. As a member of the Value & Access Insights team, this role will independently execute defined workstreams supporting GTN initiatives, from business-question framing through analysis, validation, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborating closely with US Value & Access transformation initiatives and other cross-functional partners, the Manager will support broader GTN forensics priorities and advance scalable analytics, reporting, and proof-of-concept capabilities. The role will work with Contracting & Pricing (C&P), CPE, Market Access, data product and technology teams, and other stakeholders to address payer and provider contracting, pricing, invoice, and performance questions.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role requiring strong analytical judgment, disciplined project execution, and the ability to communicate findings clearly across business, analytics, and technology audiences. The individual will coordinate inputs across teams, document methods and decisions, and help transition successful analyses into repeatable and durable capabilities.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Value & Access Insights - Cross-Portfolio & Innovation.
Responsibilities
• Execute defined analytical workstreams supporting GTN forensics priorities, from problem framing and data assessment through analysis, validation, and delivery. Coordinate with workstream leads and partner teams to maintain timelines, resolve issues, and ensure outputs are accurate and useful.
• Support recurring and ongoing GTN related activities by identifying unusual plan-, invoice- or claims-level patterns; conducting preliminary root-cause analyses; preparing findings for review with business partners; and tracking feedback, disposition, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Value & Access transformation initiatives and other Value & Access Insights leads to advance shared GTN forensics capabilities. Contribute business requirements, data definitions, user-acceptance testing, documentation, feedback, and rollout support for integrated tools, data products, and workflows.
• Analyze and connect relevant invoice, rebate, claims, contract, access, chargeback, reimbursement, and other market access information. Perform quality checks and reconciliations, investigate data inconsistencies, and clearly document assumptions, limitations, and outstanding questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify business questions, align on analytical approaches, and translate findings into practical implications and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, presentations, and other communication materials that summarize findings and progress. Adapt the level of detail for technical and non-technical audiences and escalate material risks or decisions in a timely manner.
• Gather stakeholder feedback, help refine analytical rules and thresholds, identify opportunities to improve repeatability and efficiency, and support training, release, and adoption activities for new or enhanced capabilities.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, data definitions, analytical logic, assumptions, decisions, and handoffs. Follow applicable privacy, governance, compliance, and quality standards and contribute to consistent ways of working across teams.
