What you will do
In this vital role, you will lead the development, implementation, and sustainability of GCP, Quality, and technical learning solutions, partnering closely with the Senior Director of Learning & Performance to advance a modern, technology-enabled learning ecosystem.
You will drive simplification, innovation, and an improved end-user experience by aligning learning technologies with business needs, regulatory expectations, and organizational priorities.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Execute the GxP Learning strategy by partnering with stakeholders to assess needs and deliver effective, technology-based learning solutions.
- Develop a digital learning portfolio roadmap that supports business priorities and simplifies the learning network.
- Evaluate and support the design and delivery of GCP and Quality training using innovative, high-quality learning technologies as well as identify and implement new learning technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting to support quality, operations, and R&D learning outcomes.
- Assess and improve the learning ecosystem to eliminate waste and increase efficiency through technology.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on learning technologies and their regulatory and Health Authority implications.
- Managing learning projects and initiatives that support GCP, quality, compliance, and safety objectives.

- Degree educated in science, education or equivalent fields.
- Proven experience within GCP within a biotech, pharmaceutical, or other similar highly regulated environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing programs and initiatives from needs assessment through delivery, and with eLearning tools and other Learning technologies.
- Previous people management experience.
- Demonstrate strong change management capabilities, with a proven ability to streamline and improve business processes.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal contexts while applying creative problem-solving under tight time and resource constraints.
