Main purpose of Job:

Marketing Manager position leading Evenity marketing initiatives and programs. Candidates must have a proven track record of contribution to brand growth and/or marketing experience developing and implementing a wide range of high-impact marketing tools and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Involves all internal and external stakeholders proactively to maximize opportunities and resolve issues toward higher brand equity
  • Contributes Japanese Brand Plan development with Global Team and Cross function team
  • Manages the relationships with co-promotion partners to maximize the value of co-promotion scheme
  • Develops and executes sales promotional activities in alignment with co-promotion partners
  • Coordinates and leads meetings with co-promotion partners
  • Leads changes through Engaging and involving sales leaders in planning and key initiatives
  • Develops programs and tools for optimal sales force effectiveness
  • Establishes regular contacts with key opinion leaders

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience as Product Manager (Marketing Manager) with proven track records for minimum of 3 years in a pharmaceutical company
  • Ability to lead a brand planning process and to make robust brand plan communicating with related stakeholders.
  • Excellent coordination/negotiation skills for both internal and external parties.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Good communication/presentation skills
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science or related discipline
  • Language: Japanese – Native level, English – Business level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the area of Osteoporosis for minimum of 3 years
  • New product launch or/and co-promotion experience in both planning and execution as a Product Manager
  • Experience as a Team leader or in People management
  • Experience in Global project or Global coordination
  • Enjoys challenge of building a new organization.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Medical/Pharmaceutical
  • Master of Business Administration
