Strategic Planning & Operations Senior Manager, TEPEZZA

What you will do

Join us to make a difference! As part of the marketing team, you will support the Executive Director and Brand Lead for TEPEZZA. You will oversee operations, facilitate meetings, coordinate activities, solve problems, manage projects, and improve processes.

This senior manager will champion the brand strategy and collaborate with internal stakeholders. In this role, building strong relationships with key partners is essential to drive initiatives.

  • Work closely with the team to execute the strategic priorities
  • Provide operational oversight by leading and managing key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely progress and alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Facilitate communication between the executive director and cross-functional partners
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating meetings
  • Prepare materials and plan for key meetings, ensuring effective time management, and driving action items to completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Help to solve problems and make decisions
  • Analyze data, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations to the executive director
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of high performance
  • Act as a representative of the executive director in meetings and communications
  • Establish a process to manage the marketing budget and accruals process
  • Oversee MAC prioritization
  • Manage Amgen Parts across brand
  • Label Change Lead

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing/sales experience

Or

Master’s degree and 4 years of marketing/sales experience

Or

Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of marketing/sales experience

Or

Associate’s degree and 10 years of marketing/sales experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing/sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have strong planning, project management, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to seize feedback and provide clear direction is essential
  • Flexibility to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment with multiple demands with initiative and independence required
  • Ability to develop and execute on the principles of brand management
  • Work well with others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Professional, proactive demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
