Post-Production Specialist

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. We are seeking a post-production specialist for editing and post-production on video, audio and other media deliverables. Must have expert-level understanding and experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and post-production workflows. This position will require collaboration and efficient communication with the media team, as well as an ability to handle multiple, concurrent post-production projects with on-time delivery, a positive attitude and detail-oriented vigor.

Must have a willingness to take on both simple and complex projects including narrative, talking head, executive messaging, interviews, podcasts, stock edits and motion graphics. This role will also manage our narration workstream with a designated pool of professional narrators. A plus if candidate has experience in animation, 360-degree content, or graphic design.

Responsibilities:

  • Editing and post-production in Adobe Premiere and the Adobe suite, including color correction, motion graphics, lower-thirds, audio clean-up, etc.
  • Weekly capacity meetings to align on project requests and changes.
  • Delivering on-time video deliverables from first version to final version, incorporating feedback from client teams.
  • Collaboration and communication with media team on project details and updates.
  • Provide recommendations as the post-production specialist on the team.
  • Manage the narration workstream.

Basic Qualifications:

Master’s degree

OR

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of editing and post-production experience

OR

Associate’s degree and 6 years of editing and post-production experience

OR 

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of editing and post-production experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expert-level Video and Audio Editing in Adobe Premiere.
  • A strong communicator is a must (clear, concise and quick communicator).
  • Ability to handle multiple Post-Production project workflows running concurrently.
  • Positive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to independently review and quality-check deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency before final submission.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
