- Own and communicate the CDH product vision, multi-year roadmap, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes in alignment with clinical development and enterprise data strategy.
- Champion scalable data products, common data standards, metadata, governance, security, discoverability, and interoperability capabilities that simplify data access and reuse across studies and functions.
- Lead product portfolio planning, manage and prioritize the product backlog and budget, and make transparent trade-off decisions across platform reliability, regulatory compliance, technical debt, and delivery of new capabilities.
- Provide strategic and people leadership for a cross-functional product team; develop product, technical, and delivery capabilities while creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute workforce, capability, and resource strategies, including talent development, succession planning, vendor/partner management, and effective use of internal and external resources to support the CDH strategy.
- Collaborate closely with data, analytics, platform, infrastructure, architecture, security, validation, DevOps/RunOps, and other product teams to deliver end-to-end value and dependable operations.
- Establish effective product governance and performance management practices, using business outcomes, adoption, operational health, cost, quality, and stakeholder feedback to guide investment and strategic decisions.
- Represent CDH in senior leadership forums, communicate strategy, progress, risks, dependencies, and investment needs, and build alignment on decisions that impact the broader clinical data ecosystem.
- Anticipate emerging business and technology needs and translate trends in clinical data, analytics, AI, and digital capabilities into opportunities to evolve the CDH product strategy and long-term roadmap.
