What you will do
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key accounts (particularly in HP channel), ensuring alignment with Amgen’s commercial strategies and customer-centric initiatives. Your strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills will help drive business outcomes for patients, customers, and shareholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships: Develop trust-based partnerships with key stakeholders by understanding their needs, decision-making processes, and priorities. Deliver tailored solutions and consistent value to support shared goals and improve patient outcomes
Account strategy development: Build and execute customized account plans that reflect local market dynamics and align with brand and company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic fit and flawless execution.
Cross-functional coordination: Serve as a central contact point across marketing, medical, access, and supply chain teams. Ensure coordinated planning and execution to meet account needs and enhance customer impact.
Market intelligence: Monitor healthcare trends, policy updates, and competitor activities. Translate insights into strategic adjustments that improve performance and identify new opportunities.
Operational excellence: Drive accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and full compliance with company policies and industry regulations to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

What we expect of you
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 6 years of pharmaceutical/medical device industry experience including experience as a district sales manager and sales Representative.
Familiarity with the NHI and hospital policy and strong critical thinking capability related to pricing and access.
Candidates with government procurement experience will be given priority as well.
In-depth knowledge of the therapeutic areas, hospital environment, customer management and pharma eco-system.
Strong business acumen with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a growth mindset and high adaptability.
Willingness to travel and participate in required training programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience managing more than two medical centers and successfully leading new drug listing processes.

Internal applicants are expected to meet internal qualification guidelines and be classified at the Master level or above under the SFCT framework.
