Amgen Taiwan 2026 Summer Internship is recruiting! Through this summer internship, you will learn from practical projects, and work with resourceful people in a dynamic environment. Human Resources Summer Intern

HR internship program aims to develop future HR young talent through support HR foundations and HR project-based assignment(s). The intern will provide valuable operational support that helps to improve HR efficiency while gaining practical HR capabilities.

Assignments:

  • Support people movement process including onboarding, offboarding and internal transfer
  • Maintain org chart, title list and recruitment update to ensure smooth HR daily operations
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process
  • Prepare Townhall slides for HR session
  • Consolidate Amgenese Award submissions
  • Maintain 2027 calendar
  • Execute Intern program to ensure engaging intern experience
  • Support administration process of Gallup workshop & ATLA program
  • Support ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master student in HR, Psychology, or Business relevant
  • Fluent in English oral and written communications
  • Excellent teamwork mindset
  • Good computer skills, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams…etc.
  • Able to commit to a six-month internship, with the first two months (July to August) full-time and the following four months (September to December) at 2.5 to 3 days per week.
