What you will do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our oncology products by building relationships with key oncology healthcare providers, institutions, and decision-makers. You will leverage your expertise in oncology and pharmaceutical sales to ensure that our products reach the right patients while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by developing and implementing territory plan of action (POA) and key account plans
Analyse sales and market data to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with HCPs and relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with cross functional team including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Value and Access, etc to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities
Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensures customer profiles are kept up-to-date
Demonstrates an understanding of Amgen Performance 4 selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs
Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities
Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs.
Ensure all plans, initiatives and behaviours adhere to highest level of integrity and Amgen Values

What we expect of you
Minimum Requirements
3 -5 years of experience in Oncology
Deep understanding of evolving healthcare financing landscape
Knowledge of Customer Relation Management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders
Strong project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
Familiarity & experience in digital/multi-channel engagements
Experience on marketing projects
