What you will do
Accountabilities
Amgen’s Worldwide Compliance and Business Ethics function (WC&BE) consists of a highly qualified and motivated team of professionals who identify, review, evaluate, manage and advise on compliance considerations within the organization. As a key member of the Global Policy, Training, and Systems team, this individual will act as a primary point of contact to support the compliance needs of the JAPAC region, whilst ensuring alignment with other regions.
The key responsibilities for this individual will be:
Acts as the primary point of contact to support the JAPAC region
Works closely with manager and other single points of contacts to support alignment internationally and globally
Provides support during the development and implementation of healthcare compliance programs globally
Supports CDOCS and LMS subject matter experts
Gathers documentation and supports with identifying potential areas of improvement, opportunity and risk
Supports JAPAC affiliate staff to accomplish healthcare compliance initiatives and goals and be an advocate for compliance best practices within the business
Assists in the development, review, implementation and administration of healthcare compliance programs, policies, standard operating procedures, tools,systems, job aids and trainings
Understands the business and compliance priorities and aligns individual priorities accordingly
Works collaboratively with the Training and System team to address local needs

What we expect of you
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline
Fluency in English
Additional languages preferred
Preferred experience working globally
Compliance awareness/experience
Working with cross-functional teams
Strong oral and written communication skills
Project coordination and administration
Technology proficient i.e. SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps
