Requirements

Lead China Repatha business team and take full responsibility to continually monitor and adjust the business strategy to achieve and exceed China business goals. 

Establish an effective business management system, organize regular business review meetings with regional teams to ensure timely follow-up and feedback on business.

Be responsible for business team critical projects by monitoring budgeting expenditures, and identifying problems and recommending solutions, ensure timely definition of timelines, milestones and limitations for the projects.

Identify key business partnerships and potential commercial relationships to support revenue growth strategy.

Develop China business team, build future leadership pipelines and commercial talents; establish and improve the system of personnel training and development to reserve and retain talents.

Develop effective cross-functional communication mechanisms, integrate internal and external resources to drive business development.

Work closely with compliance and investigation teams to ensure business compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Medication, Pharmacy, Marketing, Commerce preferred).
• At least 10 years’ experience in business management of Pharma MNCs or joint venture Company.
• Proven record in leading and energizing teams to develop and execute commercial growth plans in a matrix environment
• Proven strategic thinking and marketing skills to achieve growth and business targets
• Authentic and passionate leader with the ability to develop and communicate a strong vision, as well as aligning the organization and key stakeholders around it.
