To drive market research and analytics that generate strategic insights, strengthen Amgen’s market positioning, and support data-driven decision-making.
To support partnership management and KPI governance by ensuring alignment with brand strategies, optimizing business value, and enhancing performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analytics & Market Research
Ensure primary market research as a project manager with full responsibility to oversee the project in order to gain market and customer insights for business strategies.
Analyze and deliver insights by leveraging all available resources for company-wide strategies to establish rationale for key assumptions that set optimal business directions.
Create regular reports providing a holistic view of Korea pharmaceutical and therapeutic markets related to our brands for a better understanding of Amgen’s position and dynamics in Korea.
2. BD & Alliance Management
Support managing partnerships to ensure they drive tangible business outcomes aligning with brand strategies.
Handle all relevant issues with existing partners, proactively identifying and resolving challenges.
Conduct negotiations and communications to maximize business value and achieve mutual benefits with partners.
Monitor and report on partnership performance, ensuring adherence to agreed terms.
3. KPI Governance & Performance Management
Support preparing the regular KPI management governance for each brand, ensuring clear tracking and accountability.
Drive execution towards achieving agreed brand KPIs, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Identify areas for performance improvement and recommend corrective actions.
Required Competencies/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Market Research, or BD/Alliance Management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Good communication and negotiation skills for partner management.
Ability to translate market data into strategic insights and business recommendations.
Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
