As an Associate Human Resources professional, you will play a key role in supporting our people, ensuring HR processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with global standards.You'llwork in partnership with a range of stakeholders, be hands-on in payroll, recruitment, policy implementation, and support the employee lifecycle across our Danish and Norwegiansites. This is an opportunity to grow your HR career in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Ifyouarelooking for an interim assignment (12-18 months), with an opportunity to develop your career in HR, then this might be an assignment for you.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll: Ensure accurate and compliant pay and benefits administrationon a monthly basis; respond to employee payroll queries; liaise withourHROperations centerand external vendors; manage time registration and reporting.

  • Recruitment & On/Offboarding: Manage recruitment processes with hiring managers; coordinate onboarding and offboarding; conduct HRprogrammessuch as orientation and recruitment events.

  • Process Alignment: Support implementation of global HR policies and procedures; align and streamline HR processes across DK sites;proactive adoptionandimplementation of AI in HR processes.

  • Compliance & Systems: Ensure compliance with locallabourlaws; review work contracts and status changes;assistwith annual benchmarking and HR reports; manage local HR systems (e.g.Workdayas well as our currentpayroll and benefits systems).

  • Internal Communication: Prepare and postcommunicationsandtrainingrelated tothe aboveresponsibilities.

  • Degree in HR, business, or a related field

  • Payroll experience a preferred plus

  • Minimum 2 years of industry-related HR experience

  • Knowledge of HR systems, particularly Workday

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong collaboration skills

  • Experience with recruitment processes

  • Fluency in Danish and English (oral and written)

  • Strong computer literacy
