What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Finance Manager to join our finance team and play a pivotal role in managing our Gross-to-Net revenue process. Additionally, this role will work closely with Finance Director to support transformation of finance processes, serving as a key player in shaping the future of the finance organization.
In this role, the Finance Manager will:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end Gross-to-Net revenue process, including the analysis of rebates, revenue deductions and pricing adjustments
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue planning & reporting, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop and implement the best practices and controls for the Gross-to-Net process, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Produce detailed reports and analysis of Gross-to-Net performance, providing insights into revenue trends, profitability, and opportunities for optimization
- Act as a strategic partner to Finance Director in the ongoing transformation of financial processes
- Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving finance processes, systems and reporting, particularly in areas such as automation, system integration, and data analytics
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of new workflows to streamline finance operations and increase efficiency
- Work alongside key partners to implement new tools and technologies that support data-driven decision-making and scalable financial processes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance Director and other members of Leadership Team, contributing to both tactical and strategic decision-making processes
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a focus on revenue recognition, Gross-to-Net analysis, and financial planning/reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606, IFRS) and Gross-to-Net processes
- Proven ability to lead or contribute to finance transformation projects, process improvements, or system implementations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior leadership
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA)
- Pharma background with experience in managing/analyzing complex payer’s rebates
- Experience in financial technology and automation tools
- Experience in data analytics tools to develop actionable insights from complex financial data
- Proven track record of collaborating with IT, data science, and business operations teams to implement technology-driven solutions that enhance financial operations
