Regional Market Access Manager | Abruzzo, Marche e Umbria

What you will do
In this role you will maximize market access for products in the region, establish long-term relationships with regional stakeholders, and be the single point of contact for Market Access within the local team.
Responsibilities
- Continuously assess and anticipate changes in regional healthcare environment and implications for Company portfolio
- Engage key regional stakeholders, building and managing strong long term institutional relationships with them
- Identify opportunities for partnership with Regional stakeholders and leverage best practices from Regions covered
- Ensure optimal regional access and funding for Company portfolio
- Develop and execute a regional access plan according to central market access strategy, in alignment with franchise operating plans
- Contribute to raise Company knowledge on Regional / account access scenario and on risk and opportunities for portfolio
- Execute access plans acting as a part of a coordinated cross functional in field team with both commercial and medical roles
- Provide appropriate recommendations to other functions, related to impact of regional and account access/ funding approaches
- Oversee tender in central buying organizations and support tender office in understanding changes in regional tender dynamics
- Share best practices with other RAMs
- Take a strategic leadership for the reference territory, driving the regional access strategy and overseeing account access

- University Degree in a Life Sciences/Health discipline (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology)
- Strong experience/seniority in Value & Access activities
- Experience in relationship with Hospital Pharmacists and Hospital General Director and Medical Director
- Demonstrated track record of introduction of new products in Hospitals
- Experience in negotiation of drugs access and conditions with regional decision makers and Hospital Pharmacists / Physicians KoL
- Thorough knowledge of the majority of decision makers in his/her area
- Proficient in doing scientific/pharmacoeconomic presentations
- Demonstrated track record of working with objectives and achieving them
- Projects management ability
- Srategic thinker to manage a complex portfolio and maximize overall account return
- Able to think long-term as well as short-term
- Strong analytical skills to assess the profitability of different scenarios
- Creativity and capacity to explore and propose different alternatives
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues in complex and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage complex negotiation situations
- Objective/results and customer oriented
- Based in Abruzzo or Marche region
