Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. During this program you will work within the Marketing Department and will support the assigned tutor in all department-related activities, actively participating and receiving on-the-job training.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the preparation of Business Unit launches
  • Assisting in the definition and development of the communication plan and in the creation of related promotional materials, ensuring quality and consistency of content
  • Designing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns (disease awareness campaigns, newsletters, etc.)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in organizing scientific events, internal meetings, and training sessions for the field force

  • University degree in scientific disciplines within the life sciences field (medicine, pharmacy, biology, biotechnology, etc.) and/or a master’s degree in management/marketing
  • Experience in similar roles or therapeutic area in the pharma industry will be considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
  • Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills, strategic thinking, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset
