Sales Force Effectiveness Manager
What you will do

- Driving improvements in line with affiliate strategic objectives with Commercial Directors.
- Participating with the Marketing team in developing and driving the brand strategic and operational plans.
- Building the operational strategy and infrastructure for our sales organization including targeting, sizing, and segmentation of markets
- Lead the country’s Salesforce Effectiveness team.
- Developing Sales and Commercial Perfection strategy for the country.
- Driving Salesforce Effectiveness process from Strategic Brand Planning by Marketing to Operational Sales Plan for our customer facing staff.
- Optimally partner with Business Intelligence team to deliver aligned market data and analytics to customer facing staff.
- Improving commercial performance management and implementing regional aligned reporting capabilities.
- Collaborating with regional SFE projects and initiatives to share standard processes and align efforts.
Marketing
- Driving the commercial, operational and value excellence processes and continuously improve them in support of the affiliate strategy.
- Improving customer segmentation & targeting in line with Amgen’s customer engagement models.
- Identifying standard process and sharing locally and regionally.
Sales
- Mature and advance customer activity/account planning & monitoring in alignment with Commercial leads.
- Delivering Performance Management to build impactful organizations that are focused on performance and continuous improvement.
- Leading efforts to efficiently benchmark, analyze, and optimize the use of customer facing resources.
- Partner with the business to supervise sales performance and address issues appropriately.
- Provide Commercial Data Management: a clear one-stop platform that brings together all sales, activities and customer data.
- Continuous improvement and support of CRM systems and Sales Analysis tools according to business requirements.
- Responsible for leading, developing and maintaining sales incentive systems.
Salesforce Effectiveness Team
- Leading a team with a focus on Sales Force effectiveness, market and territory level data reporting and insights generation.
- Orchestrate and lead sophisticated, cross-functional Sales Force projects.
- Facilitating Analytics, Dashboarding and Insights to identify and communicate customer needs and insights to achieve revenue growth objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree OR
- Master’s degree & 2 years of directly related experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree & 4 years Market Research, Business Analysis and Marketing experience OR
- Associate’s degree and 8 years Market Research, Business Analysis and Marketing experience OR
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years Market Research, Business Analysis and Marketing experience.
- Proficiency in business English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in management people and all areas related to Sales Force support: CRM, Incentive Schemes, Sales Force Activity, Objective Setting, Territory Alignment and business partnering.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to drive decisions.
- Effective communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally as well as good presentation skills.
- Good IT knowledge and expertise, familiarity with Tableau.
- Project management skills.
