Field Reimbursement Operations Senior Manager
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will as theField ReimbursementOperations Senior Manageryou will report directly to the National Field Reimbursement Director. You will frequently interact with numerous Directors/Executive Directors within Patient Access & Reimbursement, as well as critical cross-functional partners in operations, capabilities, marketing, legal and compliance. Accordingly, you must be able to communicate well with others, lead and manage projects effectively, and motivate and coordinate our team to achieve outcomes in a complicated business.
This is a challenging and rewarding role. This position will require you to demonstrate key leadership traits to not only elevate our strategic initiatives, but also support the development, coordination and implementation of Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) programs in support of our Bone Franchise. This includes FRM strategy development and implementation, FRM day-to-day KPI oversight and performance dashboard capabilities, quarterly business review planning and execution and overall responsibility for executive communication on FRM performance.
- Partner with brand & field sales to develop and help execute strategies/priorities for the FRM team in support of the brand strategy.
- Lead the sharing of insights (working with other FRM teams as appropriate) across Patient Access & Reimbursement to ensure effective FRM management and execution.
- Lead and support cross-functional organizational FRM LT meetings and facilitate cross-functional alignment and problem-solving on key business issues and opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted partner to the National Field Reimbursement Director, supporting communication planning/efficiency and strategic planning of FRM Bone team.
- Oversee our day-to-day operational needs to maximize FRM productivity and performance.
- Support QBRs and monthly call center LT meetings via the development of agendas, capturing minutes, and action items.
- Drive data insights and analytics to monitor performance, KPIs, optimize reimbursement strategies, and ensure evidence-based decision making.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant professional experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant professional experience
OR
Associate’s degree and 10 years of relevant professional experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- FRM experience and/or experience with patient support operations, field sales or home office leadership experience
- Strong planning, data leadership, administration and project management skills
- Thorough understanding of patient support programs
- Well organized, ability to successfully handle multiple projects at once
- Experience critically evaluating processes and establishing creative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and success in a highly matrixed environment; strong oral/written presentation skills
- Strong project management skills, lead and manage projects from concept to completion in a matrix and, at times, ambiguous environment
- Demonstrated self-starter, ability to work under limited supervision and coordinate multiple projects in a detail-oriented environment
- Experience working with key internal or external partners, establishing, communicating and managing teams to timelines and project targets
- Advanced skills and familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote
- Utilization of project management tools, methodologies, and practices
- Quick learner, proactive, takes initiative, goal oriented and results driven
- Strong negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills
- Ability to influence others while fostering a value-based environment of high performance and fairness
- Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into results
- Demonstrates creativity and foresight in anticipating and solving complex project issues

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
