What you will do
As a Sr. Associate, you will support training activities and coordinate and facilitate commercial and leadership development programs. This role requires strong communication and planning skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with global and local teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Training and Development Manager in executing global training programs
- Coordinate and facilitate Commercial and Leadership Development Programs for People Leaders and their teams
- Manage and maintain standardized training policies, templates, and procedures
- Handle training calendars across different markets
- Ensure participants are informed about pre-work, the training itself, and post-session support
- Respond to questions, provide training materials, and offer ongoing support
- Develop and manage training communications (e.g., welcome/follow-up/logistics emails)
- Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement
- Use tools such as LMS, Learning Hub, SharePoint, and Trainer’s Toolbox
- Create playlists and update content on learning platforms
- Monitor dedicated inboxes to provide information and resolve issues
- Support and drive special projects as needed

What we expect of you
We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The dynamic professional we seek is an individual with these qualifications:
- Degree in Administration, Marketing, Psychology, HR, or Pharmacy.
- 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on facilitation and coordination.
- Background in sales, ideally within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries (preferbely).
- Experience working with leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Flexibility, resilience, and openness to change.
- Understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy).
- Outspoken communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
