CONTRACTS AND PRICING SR ASSOCIATE

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will support the delivery of day-to-day Contacts and Pricing activities. You are responsible for executing and supporting contract management, pricing, payments, data cleaning, and data analysis. This support will ensure critical business tasks are fulfilled accurately, will help decision-making regarding ,contractual agreements with third-party payers, B2B customers and key accounts, and will help ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for contract, pricing, and payment management in the Vistex system – review and upload new and amended contracts, ensure all prerequisites are met, apply all necessary changes, and follow up on operational tasks around contract execution (price, accruals, rebate payments, etc.).
  • Supervising and analyzing stored data to identify appropriate trends/ insights relevant to the local market or region.
  • Supporting affiliates and regional hub – receiving and validating data from the country teams, processing it into internal systems, running reports, and analyzing it.
  • Supporting Global Value and Access projects locally and may participate in wider projects.

Our ideal candidate is a team player who is flexible, diligent and possesses strong problem-solving skills. You should be result-oriented, with the ability to optimally manage time and processes. Additionally, you should be able to compile and analyze data to make informed decisions.

Proven experience and skills required:
• University degree in commerce, finance, economics, mathematics, healthcare, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a finance, data management, or logistics-related field.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish and/or Italian, both written and spoken.

Preferred requirements:
• Prior experience with SAP-based systems.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Basic knowledge of the Office Suite (MS Office applications), familiarity with systems, and a curiosity about working with processes in systems.
• Demonstrates a service-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to clearly explain processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in multiple European languages.
