What you will do
In this key-role you will be the primary point of contact for talent acquisition for all capabilities in the Amgen Capability Center Portugal (ACCP). You will represent the company both internally and externally, closely collaborating with the HR team and hiring managers. As a strategic talent partner, you ensure we attract and hire the best professionals across key areas like commercial, finance, business enablement, supply chain, technology and many others.

- End-to-end recruitment – Drive full-cycle hiring, from partnering with hiring managers to crafting recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and advising on the best hires.
- Creative talent attraction – Develop unique, forward-thinking recruitment strategies to strengthen Amgen’s employer brand and attract top-tier talent, while using our AI driven Candidate Relationship Management System.
- Proactive networking – Build strong pipelines for key roles and provide diverse, high-quality candidate shortlists.
- Flawless onboarding – Ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into Amgen’s HR systems for a stellar onboarding experience.
- Global collaboration – Work alongside an international team to optimize processes and learn from each-other.

- Bachelor’s degree or equal through experience.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with a mix of corporate and agency experience.
- Proactive and innovative mentality, acting as a true recruitment partner for hiring managers.
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic solutions.
- Curiosity and market awareness to understand evolving business needs.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese and preferably another European language.
