Senior Associate Business Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be joining ACCP Technology Capability team and particular ACCP product team.
This team focus on partnering for innovation and excellences with all business capacities in ACCP and as follows on support of implementation of the global to local operating model by delivering ELMAC (including Europe, Latin America, Canada and Africa) regional portfolio that aligned with business goals on customer 360 deliveries to affiliates through integrated business platforms.
You will be working close to business stakeholders on to understand their business needs, on technical solutions design and implementation together with the rest of DevOps team.
You will be responsible for understanding the business needs, designing a technical solution together with the rest of the DevOps team. Using agile methodology, new functionalities and applications are designed and developed. The Senior Associate IS Business analyst will also lead new feature development, overall system improvements, support analysis and validation of the solution as well as support steady-state operations within the application portfolio.
The Senior Associate IS Business Analyst supports the delivery of business solutions by partnering with stakeholders across multiple levels to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements that improve productivity, deliver measurable value, and support long range strategic priorities. Working under the guidance of more senior analysts or product leaders, this role focuses on high-quality execution, digital product development and process improvement, and clear communication between business and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with defined business capability stakeholders (business leads, product owners, SMEs, and end users) to understand operational needs, priorities, and LRS-aligned objectives
Own business capability level roadmap for technology development needs
Collect, elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with a focus on efficiency, productivity improvement, and value delivery
Develop functional artifacts such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications
Drive workshops with business on automation opportunity mapping and support process harmonization activities needs
Collaborate with Product team lead , other BA and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure shared understanding
Assist in evaluating solution options by contributing functional analysis and expected productivity or value impacts
Define acceptance criteria and support testing and UAT activities to confirm requirements are met and intended value is realized
Maintain requirement traceability and documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
Support change communication by clearly explaining requirements, impacts, and updates to business and technical audiences
Identify risks, gaps, or dependencies and escalate issues appropriately
Ensure that organizational standards, regulatory and compliance requirements are followed

Required Skills & Competencies:
Requirements elicitation, documentation, and business process analysis skills
Ability to connect requirements to business outcomes and productivity improvements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery environments
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, or similar
Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured problem-solving approach
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and take direction from senior roles
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting productivity, automation, or digital enablement initiatives
Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., life sciences)
