WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Neural Nexus team at Amgen is helping accelerate an AI-driven transformation across the business within the Global Customer Capability & Innovation (GCCI) department. Neural Nexus connects data, accelerates insights, automates work, and augments our people to drive relevant, high-impact customer experiences. In this vital role you will support value realization activities for Neural Nexus by helping Commercial and Medical teams adopt new AI tools, platforms, and ways of working.
The individual in this role will work cross-functionally with analytics, data science, technology, sales, and brand teams to translate AI and platform changes into practical adoption plans, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement activities. This role will support the shift from manual, point-in-time work toward AI-enabled stewardship and decision orchestration.
You, as our AI Value Realization Manager, will help business teams understand, adopt, and realize value from Neural Nexus capabilities. You will partner with key stakeholders across GCCI sub-functions and adjacent teams to support readiness, gather feedback, identify risks, and reinforce new ways of working in a highly matrixed environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the development and execution of adoption and change management plans for Neural Nexus across Commercial and Medical.
- Translate AI, data, and platform initiatives into clear workplans, communications, and adoption activities for analytics and business teams.
- Contribute to future-state ways of working that help teams transition from manual execution to AI-enabled stewardship and decision orchestration.
- Partner with key stakeholders across functions, including Forecasting & Competitive Intelligence, Primary Market Research, Global Insights, Data Strategy & Management, Data & Decision Sciences, Omnichannel Data & Analytics, Field Excellence, Brand Analytics, and Reporting.
- Support readiness assessments, gather stakeholder feedback, and help identify adoption barriers and resistance points.
- Create and deliver targeted communication materials that clearly explain the purpose, impact, and business relevance of AI transformation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Help design and support training and enablement activities that build AI fluency, platform literacy, and role readiness across teams.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify role, skill, and workflow impacts and support changes to day-to-day operating models.
- Track adoption progress, risks, and feedback, and help prepare updates and recommendations for leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve change approaches, pilot new engagement methods, and support sustained adoption and value realization.
- Collaborate with the broader GCCI organization to integrate comprehensive insights and analytics.
- Support ACCP continuous improvement activities.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
Our ideal candidate is a strategic team player with a focus on structure and change adoption. He/she is problem solving, result oriented and has time and process management skills.
Proven experience and skills needed:
- Master's degree and 5 years of technology enablement, organization change management, strategy consulting, or related experience.
- OR Bachelor's degree and 7 years of technology enablement, organization change management, strategy consulting, or related experience.
- University Degree in business, analytics, technology, life sciences, or related field.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology and workforce transformations.
- Understanding of commercial pharma functions, including marketing, sales, insights, analytics, data science, forecasting, and data strategy.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, AI-enabled tools, and data platforms, with the ability to translate technical change into business and human impact.
- Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
