WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

We are looking for a hands-on analytics leader who can connect business needs, data, analytical methods, and technology delivery.

You will work closely with stakeholders across more than 50 markets to identify high-value customer engagement use cases and translate them into practical analytical solutions. You should be comfortable moving between stakeholder discussions, direct data investigation, analytical prototyping, and coordination with data engineering and technology teams.

The ideal candidate can independently explore data using SQL and Python, evaluate data quality and feasibility, and develop prototypes in environments such as Jupyter or Databricks notebooks. You will not be expected to productionize solutions independently, but you should understand how analytical prototypes progress through data engineering, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

You should have experience applying analytical techniques such as segmentation, clustering, classification, forecasting, anomaly detection, experimentation, optimization, or NLP. More important than expertise in every technique is the ability to select an appropriate, explainable, and scalable approach for the business problem.

You will also act as an analytical product owner for HEART modules, helping define business logic, data requirements, trigger conditions, prioritization criteria, success metrics, and enhancement roadmaps. You should be able to communicate analytical findings, assumptions, risks, and limitations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Minimum Requirements

  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, analytical consulting, or data product development
  • Strong hands-on SQL skills
  • Hands-on Python (or R) experience for data preparation, exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and analytical prototyping
  • Experience using Jupyter, Databricks notebooks, or comparable analytical environments
  • Understanding of relational data, data warehouses, data lakes or lakehouses, table relationships, data granularity, and data quality
  • Experience translating business questions into analytical requirements, prototypes, and measurable outcomes
  • Experience with several analytical methods relevant to customer analytics, such as segmentation, clustering, classification, forecasting, anomaly detection, or experimentation
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional analytical projects from concept through pilot, deployment, adoption, and enhancement
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Databricks or another cloud-based analytics platform
  • Knowledge of medallion architecture, data onboarding, data lineage, and modern data-engineering workflows
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another regulated industry
  • Experience with omnichannel analytics, next-best-action, customer engagement, or personalization
  • Familiarity with NLP, LLM-enabled applications, or text analytics
  • Experience with a visualization platform such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or equivalent
  • Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, MLOps, model monitoring, and production deployment processes
  • Experience working across multiple countries or in a complex matrix organization
