What you will do

As a Campaign Excellence Manager, you will play a strategic role in improving omnichannel marketing capabilities, ensuring that campaigns are insight-driven, well-executed, and continuously optimized. You will collaborate with global and local brand teams, leveraging marketing technology, data analytics, and customer experience design to align with Amgen’s commercial objectives.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Omnichannel Campaign Design & Execution – Develop and implement engaging customer experiences by facilitating strategic campaign planning, including brand strategy alignment, customer segmentation, and message/content mapping.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis – Assess marketing campaigns' efficiency, extracting insights to drive optimization and improve customer engagement.
  • Stakeholder Consultation – Provide expert mentorship on marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, VEEVA Sales CRM, and digital channels.
  • Workshop Facilitation – Lead customer experience design workshops to craft omnichannel campaigns, defining objectives, target audiences, and engagement strategies.
  • Project & Operational Management – Coordinate campaign execution in collaboration with brand teams, ensuring alignment with major events and milestones.
  • Campaign Metrics & Reporting – Work with data science teams to define success metrics and develop measurement frameworks to optimize future campaigns.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

We are looking for an expert professional with a strong marketing, digital operations, and data-driven decision-making background.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, marketing, economics, or communication sciences.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or digital communication.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages preferred).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus).
  • Understanding of omnichannel campaign strategies and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills in a matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on sophisticated, cross-functional marketing projects.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills to drive strategic discussions.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaigns, and proactively address challenges.
