WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Associate Supply Chain – Hub Operations DRP, you will ensure the smooth execution of order management and product distribution activities. You will be responsible for shipment coordination, import/export handling, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with GDP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure reliable and efficient execution of order management and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) activities.
  • Coordinate end-to-end shipments for internal (affiliates, manufacturing sites) and external customers (distributors).
  • Process supply orders daily, ensuring compliance with Amgen policies and customer requirements.
  • Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Book, monitor, and proactively respond to potential shipment issues.
  • Resolve service and transport-related issues and manage return processes.
  • Partner with third-party logistics suppliers and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional projects and contribute to process improvements.
  • Provide input for periodic KPI reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GMP/GDP regulations and job-related training.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in supply chain operations within a GMP/GDP-regulated industry.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a diverse, international environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or logistics.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and strong computer skills.
  • Experience in issue resolution within a logistics environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and abilities to set priorities.
