WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be joining ACCP Technology Capability team and particular ACCP product team.
This team focus on partnering for innovation and excellences with all business capacities in ACCP and as follows on support of implementation of the global to local operating model by delivering ELMAC (including Europe, Latin America, Canada and Africa) regional portfolio that aligned with business goals on customer 360 deliveries to affiliates through integrated business platforms.
You will be working close to business stakeholders on to understand their business needs, on technical solutions design and implementation together with the rest of DevOps team.
You will be responsible for understanding the business needs, designing a technical solution together with the rest of the DevOps team. Using agile methodology, new functionalities and applications are designed and developed. The IS Engineer will also lead new feature development, overall system improvements, support analysis and validation of the solution as well as support steady-state operations within the application portfolio.
In this role as an IS Engineer, you will be engaged in the standups & regular sprint planning and execution to deliver features, improvement, validation & data integration to benefit our business users. With your technical skills, you can create and maintain system interface diagrams, functional designs and technical specifications. The IS Engineer professional we seek is a superb communicator with these qualifications:
Bachelor level education, Information Systems / Computer Science, or related field
At least 1-3 years of experience in software developer and/or IS engineer role in preferably the pharma/biotech or fintech industries
Excellent communication skills (English)
Proven analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills
Proven excellence in interpersonal skills, multitasking, persuasion, negotiation of critical issues, a strong attention to detail, and understanding of business complexity
Affinity to work in a DevOps environment and Agile mind set
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
Ability to meet deadlines and schedules and be accountable
Mindset of end-to-end delivery and ownership
Willingness to learn new technologies
Technical knowledge:
Platforms (at least 2-3 of those): Salesforce Service Cloud, AWS, MuleSoft, Informatica, Databricks, Tableau, GitHub, Copilot studio, Power platform, Agentic AI frameworks
Code Development (minimum): Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL
Preferably we are looking for someone familiar with data analysis and reporting experience by using analytics, visualization and database technologies, such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Databricks, etc., and with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of Spark SQL, Java, JavaScript, Scala, Python, R, and standard SQL, and cloud-based solutions such as the AWS tool stack is a plus. Since you will be working in a diverse and dynamic environment, excellent communication skills (in English) are mandatory.
