Other responsibilities will include:

  • Support the development and iterative improvement of BI tools that help marketers and analytics teams track, interpret, and optimize performance across digital and media channels.
  • Implement data table optimizations to improve scalability and efficiency for downstream users, following established patterns and guidance.
  • Partner with BI analysts, visualization developers, and back-end engineers across regions (US, Portugal, India) to align requirements and deliver on assigned work; manage your own tasks and timelines.
  • Assist with integrating and maintaining the data ecosystem (brand, web traffic, media performance), helping ensure reliable data flows and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams working with ad servers, tag managers, and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to align on data capture and reporting needs.
  • Perform data QA and help standardize metrics, contributing to documentation and the evolution of reporting frameworks for consistency.
  • Evaluate and pilot AI-enabled analytics features on focused use cases to enhance automation and insight generation; share learnings with the team.
  • Use embedded AI capabilities in BI platforms (e.g., natural-language insights, alerting) to streamline recurring reporting and support decision making.
  • Proactively flag gaps and propose incremental improvements to the MIO analytics stack; manage a clear backlog, meet deadlines, and escalate risks early.
