The Patient Access Manger (PAM) is a field-based position that provides educational assistance to patients and caregivers, as well as office staff (including physicians, nurses, office managers, and executives). The PAM works in a highly visible, collaborative team environment to deliver exceptional customer service by listening to patients, interpreting their needs, and providing friendly, professional, well-informed responses. • Work closely with the Amgen cross-functional team, including Case Managers, Market Access, matrix partners, and external vendors.
  • Adhere to professional standards, compliance guidance, policies and procedures, and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
